Your Opportunity

Blue Prism is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual expanding their Centre of Excellence/Professional Services team to increase the number Consultants supporting clients & partners across multiple regions and geographies with the following duties:

  • Provide consultancy and guidance on Technical Infrastructure and Architecture, and articulate the options available given the Client’s environment and the recommended Blue Prism approach.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues to successful resolution, including architecture failures and development issues that may have roots at any level of the infrastructure stack.
  • Train, mentor and support Blue Prism Partner Organizations from initial creation of their RPA capability through to partner certification.
  • Support and quality assure key components of the Client’s Blue Prism Delivery and Support capability.
  • Support the design, development and delivery of automated solutions for clients.
  • Mentor customer resource through product training and accreditation.
  • Provide architectural control over solution designs to ensure consistency and continuity across the company’s delivery teams.
  • Build the capability within clients around the configuring new Blue Prism processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
  • Working with clients and partners to support problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of Blue Prism processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required

The role will extend the successful candidate’s technical skillset into new areas and present opportunities to engage directly with operational users in global client accounts to design, develop and deliver exemplary process automations using our product.

Our Ideal Candidate

Ideal recruits into this team will be experienced developers with the following:

  • A strong grounding in server configuration, networking and network security, user and access management, information security and encryption.
  • Appreciation of modern desktop and server virtualization techniques, including cloud implementations.
  • Comprehensive and evident understanding of Microsoft Technology (VB .NET, Windows, Internet Explorer, SQL Server, Web Services, Active Directory) .
  • Previous experience with Automation and \ or Orchestration tools.
  • Ability to learn quickly and progress rapidly from theoretical exercises to real world delivery and mentoring tasks
  • A willingness and ability to use their existing knowledge to rapidly learn how to develop automated processes using Blue Prism – full training will be provided
  • The ability to methodically solve diverse and complicated business and technical problems using innovative and well-planned approaches
  • The skills to design and author well documented, supportable and extensible developments and the ability to support and maintain the work of other consultants, partners and clients
  • The attitude and aptitude to work with teams from the operational side of the end client’s business and blend business analysis with hands-on development of automated solutions.
  • An understanding and working knowledge of Project Management and the Software Delivery Lifecycle principles and disciplines.
  • The ability to work independently or as part of an on-site team to drive the successful and timely completion of the task in hand.
  • A track record in training and mentoring individuals.
  • An aptitude to liaise with senior level customer representatives in a rational and measured manner to communicate progress, issues, risks and solutions.
  • A willingness to travel regularly to customer sites.
  • Charismatic and independent minded.

Full training will be provided on the company’s software solution and delivery approach.
