According to ZDNet Editor-in-Chief Larry Dignan, tech companies today are getting an “overdose” of AI marketing. In developing an AI strategy, Dignan says, CIOs should think holistically about enterprise automation, i.e., the blending of automation, AI and corporate systems. That’s why Blue Prism CEO Alastair Bathgate says RPA is the best use of AI in the enterprise today – a natural progression from human to digital labor.
