Blue Prism, the leading developer of enterprise Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software, today announced that it has been recognized as One to Watch by the Sunday Times’ highly selective Tech Track program. This prestigious award acknowledges the value of Blue Prism’s pioneering RPA technology and its role facilitating more productive and innovative business environments driven by a scalable virtual workforce of software robots.
The Sunday Times’ Tech Track Ones to Watch represents the most promising businesses in the United Kingdom. Judges visit numerous companies across the country and honor the 10 organizations that best demonstrate a strong business model, rapid corporate growth and exceptional sales results. Past winners include companies including Hailo, SwiftKey and Zoopla.
Blue Prism was chosen for the award as a result of its outstanding annual performance, which was marked by 40 new customers and 10 new hires. This standout year follows many years of steady growth.
“Since Blue Prism’s founding in 2001, our team has strived to develop and implement a technology that will drastically improve enterprise operations,” said Alastair Bathgate, CEO, Blue Prism. “We have seen enormous success in 2015, and the Ones to Watch recognition by the Sunday Times validates the true value of our business. As we approach 2016, we will continue to deliver on that promise and hope to join the ranks of the program’s disruptive alumni.”
Blue Prism will be featured along with the other nine award recipients in the Sunday Times Hiscox Tech Track 100 supplement published this month. A national winner will later be announced by a judging panel and receive a special award at the national awards dinner in November. More information on the award program can be found here.
