Neil Wright has over 20 years’ experience in the successful delivery of enterprise software to both the public sector and Blue Chip companies such as HBOS, Barclays Bank and Royal Bank of Scotland. Managing teams of several hundred IT professionals on programmes of work spanning over 18 months, Neil has consistently instilled a controlled and structured approach to Project Management and led the introduction of industry practice methodologies in several of his previous roles
