The Co-operative Bank has increased operational efficiency as part of an “agiliy program” using Blue Prism software.
Blue Prism announces the publication of a case study showing how The Co-operative Bank has adopted Blue Prism technology to drive a program of multiple operational efficiency improvement projects throughout the Bank.
The Co-operative Bank chose Blue Prism technology as part of an ongoing program to deliver operational agility in its call centre and back office environments.
Commenting on just one of the operational agility projects Joanne Masters, Business Systems Manager at The Co-operative Bank stated “With the previous manual system, an average audit would take several hours to complete and a large audit could take several days. With Blue Prism software, these now take around 1 minute and 30 minutes respectively”. Other operational efficiency programs were tackled included Account closures, Internet applications, Audit and CHAPS transfers.
