The UK National Call Centre Awards, ‘back office manager of the Year’ 2013 award, sponsored by Blue Prism, has been won by Capita’s Lee Edwards. These highly prestigious awards, organised by the CCMA, are now in their 18th year and received nominations from over 100 organisations.
CCMA Chairman, Ann-Marie Stagg, said, “Lee is totally focused on improving back office processes in order to reduce customer effort and eliminate costs. He has introduced a radical new way of working that drives improvements in quality and reductions in repeat calls.”
Pat Geary, CMO at Blue Prism, said, “We congratulate Lee on his award and are pleased to see that our back office process automation technology is helping to deliver efficiencies, cost savings and great customer service.”
The Call Centre Management Association is a not-for-profit organisation that is run by operational call centre managers who give up their own time to put something back into the industry.
