The Blue Prism team is eagerly awaiting the results of this soon-to-be-released Horses for Sources study. According to the teaser post, automation skills have quickly arrived at the top of the BPO agenda due to its clear benefits, including the ability to increase business efficiency while simultaneously easing labor arbitrage.
The report will highlight how 65 percent of service buyers and 69 percent of provider professionals cite the ability to understand and deploy automation as an increasingly important skill requirement. Likewise, 61 percent of advisers are feeling the pressure to gain a deeper understanding of how automation and RPA fit into the business landscape.
This is due to the fact that automation enables smarter working. As we have seen throughout the years, reliance on low cost human labor, or offshoring, is risky and difficult to maintain. This report will discuss how RPA can provide the building blocks to developing a more digital, streamlined end-to-end process, helping to create a more impactful infrastructure across the business.
