Blue Prism CEO Alastair Bathgate was on hand to accept an award, on behalf of the company, at the WCIT Enterprise Awards event on Wednesday, June 14, alongside a number of amazing companies and executives, including Thoughtonomy’s Terry Walaby. Proceeds from the event were donated to Sherry Coutu’s Founders4Schools charity, which helps schools find inspiring business leaders to speak to children in the classroom.
The Enterprise Awards celebrate the UK’s finest entrepreneurs in 13 categories. They uniquely focus on the achievements of founders, with applicants judged on a number of factors including vision, growth, innovation, funding, use of capital, use of resources, strategy, execution, ambition, and determination to succeed.
Founded as a two-man services start-up and growing to 130 people after raising £21m in a successful IPO on the London stock exchange, Blue Prism has pioneered a new software product category and is blazing a global growth trail. Blue Prism has extended its vision to support AI, cognitive, OCR and ICR, workflow and mobile platforms within the enterprise, supported by industry innovators like Appian and IBM. Customers include over half of the Fortune 500 financial services companies, and since 2012, there has not been a single Blue Prism client that has discontinued their use of Blue Prism’s RPA platform.
We are honored for this recognition and the support of the entire Blue Prism community as we continue to innovate and revolutionize the RPA industry.
